Not in a literal sense no but back home a lot of it is. You have to actually be good at music though, always put a damper on the whole prospect for me

Make your friends fight better, make your enemies fight worse. most of the people who can do that know some spells too and they usually sing them instead of saying them, it's kind of fun to watch
