There was actually a weevil infestation. The little ones. In the flour. All of it.

Small insects that get in your food. Manhattan has quite the bug problem. It's unfortunate.

Nah, they're not edible. If you want edible bug flour, you have to get the kind made with crickets, ground up. Very nutritious, actually. Had it in an energy bar. Not bad, little grainy.

I feel it may be a violation of chocolate chip rules to use them except for baking or ice cream purposes. Although trail mix has been decriminalised, I'm still not a supporter.

i was not aware chocolate chips were sUbject to an established set of rUles.
bUt i coUld always add ice cream to the minced meat, as well as chocolate chips! that is actUally a splendid idea!
